Whether you are looking for a quiet romantic break or an action packed weekend in the heart of the South Downs National Park then look no further than The Green Room Bed & Breakfast.  Idyllically located in Rogate (between Petersfield and Midhurst)  and hidden away off a peaceful bridleway, The Green Room is a self-contained building with its own private entrance. Located in a Dark Skies area and set in over an acre of wooded garden, it has its own private garden with table and chairs where you can enjoy a relaxed breakfast or a glass of chilled wine in the evening. There is plenty of walking and cycling available directly from the house (South Downs Way and Serpent Trail) and it is only a short drive to the south coast beaches, Goodwood, Petworth, Chichester and Portsmouth.  Bikes may be stored safely.  We are in the heart of the Sussex wine region with  Hambledon, Roebuck, Tinwood and  many other fine vineyards a short drive away. The White Horse pub/restaurant is a 15 minute walk, or a 3 minute drive away. There are also plenty of other lovely pubs and restaurants close by.  A car is recommended as there are so many interesting and beautiful places to visit in the area.
